Introducing Assistant Workflows

We are thrilled to announce the release of agentic workflows in Assistant on Thursday, March 27, which will be available to all Harvey users. If you are interested in early access before the launch date, please reach out to your Harvey account team.

Agents are model systems that can effectively plan, interact, and adapt to solve a task. These workflows are Harvey’s first AI agents for professional work, offering a more intuitive, efficient, and powerful way to interact with Harvey, including:

  • Proactive Guidance: Assistant workflows eliminate the need for complex prompting by proactively gathering necessary context from the user. This reduces mental load for the user and makes interactions with Harvey more seamless.

  • Expert-Quality Output: Assistant workflows are optimized for specific legal tasks, allowing Harvey to route to the best model for each use case, apply custom citation requirements, and deliver more reliable, structured responses.

  • Follow-Up Capabilities: Assistant workflows offer smart follow-up patterns to refine your results, either through Q&A-style interactions or revision-based drafting.
