We are thrilled to announce the release of the newest version of Vault on Wednesday, November 20, 2024 at 5:30pm PST, which will be available to all Vault users. If you don’t have Vault and are interested in learning more, reach out to your Harvey account team.
This version of Vault introduces four improvements: (1) pre-built workflows, (2) enhanced Review queries, (3) Vault integration in Assistant, and (4) increased file limits.
1. New Vault Workflows
Simplify your most frequent tasks. Vault will include ten pre-built workflows, allowing you to execute common use cases without typing a single letter – with more workflows coming soon.

2. Enhanced Review Queries
Experience a revamped review process with improved column management and new data types, giving you more control over your results. Review queries will extract an answer that matches the following column types:
3. Vault Integration in Assistant
Vault will be integrated into Assistant, allowing you to easily query Vault documents from Assistant.
In Assistant, you will be able to “Choose from Vault” and select a Vault project to query. Alternatively, within Vault, you can choose to create a thread in Assistant.
4. Increased file limit
You will be able to upload 10,000 files per project, up from 1,000. Projects can still be up to 5GB total, with up to 100MB per document.
