Overview
The Library feature allows you to save and load prompts or examples, making it easier to quickly access relevant information and improve team collaboration.
Users can customize prompts, while Admins have the ability to customize both prompts and examples within the Library tab.
View our 'Library for Admins' article to learn more about Admin capabilities.
Library Tab
The Library tab contains prompts and examples saved from Assistant.
A prompt is the question you ask Harvey. Prompts help you easily perform common tasks.
An example is a completed Harvey query, including the prompt, document, and response. Examples show what tasks Harvey can accomplish. (While users can apply examples, only Admins have the ability to create and edit examples.)
Selecting the βPromptβ or βExampleβ options will display all available items, categorized by their creator:
Private: Prompts created by individual users for personal use, visible only to the creator.
Team: Prompts and examples created by workspace Admins for the entire team.
Harvey: Prompts and examples provided by the Harvey team to help you get started. Admins can choose to hide these examples at their discretion.
