This article will help you navigate the login process, ensuring a smooth and secure entry into your Harvey account.

Welcome to Harvey!

Once you have been added to your Harvey workspace by an Admin, please navigate to the appropriate Harvey login page for your region and enter your email address.

From here, there are two primary methods for signing into your account.

  • Single Sign-On (SSO)

  • Passwordless Login via an email code.


Method 1: Single Sign-On (SSO)

Single Sign-On (SSO) is an authentication process that allows you to access multiple applications with one set of login credentials. It enhances security and convenience by reducing the number of passwords you need to remember and minimizing the risk of password-related breaches.

After entering your email address, you will be redirected to your organization's SSO authentication page. Once authenticated through your organization, you will have access to Harvey.

Note: If you encounter any issues with SSO, please contact your IT department for assistance.


Method 2: Passwordless Login

If your organization does not use SSO or if you are on a pilot workspace, you will be prompted to enter a code along with your email address. To proceed with passwordless login, follow these steps:

  1. A sign-in code will be sent to your email from [email protected].

  2. Enter the sign-in code in the prompt below your email address and select Continue. This will log you into Harvey.

Note: The login code is valid for 5 minutes. If it expires, you will need to request a new code by re-entering your email address at app.harvey.ai.


Troubleshooting Common Issues

If you experience any difficulties logging into the Harvey platform, please consider the following troubleshooting tips:

  • Check your security settings: If you are seeing the below message it might be due to certain security or browser settings. Ensure your firewall, VPN or other antivirus software isn't blocking the tool. You may need to speak with your IT team to add an exception for our site.

  • Verify Email Accuracy: Double-check that you have entered the correct email address.

  • Check Spam/Junk Folder: Depending on your organization's security settings, the login code email may be filtered into your spam or junk folder.

  • Contact Your Workspace Admin: Check with your Harvey Workspace Admin to ensure you are using the correct email credentials.
