Harvey Product Updates: Knowledge Bases

We are excited to introduce knowledge bases, a new type of Vault project that allows you to store and distribute internal documents—like precedents, templates, and playbooks—across your organization. Knowledge bases can be shared with the entire workspace, allowing users with access to Vault to instantly query over a bank of approved materials via Assistant without the hassle of manual document uploading or searching.

As an admin: You can create a knowledge base in Vault, and publish it to your workspace.

As an end user: When querying in Assistant, users who have access to Vault can select the knowledge base.
