Overview
Harvey notifications keep you informed about activity that matters, from workflow updates to collaboration changes. Managing your notification settings helps you stay focused on high-impact work while avoiding unnecessary interruptions.
Note: Notification options may vary depending on your organization’s configuration and enabled features.
Adjust Notification Settings
- Open Settings from Harvey’s main menu
- Select Notifications from the settings menu.
- Adjust Your Preferences by using the toggles to enable or disable notifications.
Note: All notifications managed in settings are email-only at this time.
For Admins: Notification Management
Notifications are organized into two levels: Workspace and Personal.

Workspace notifications are yours to manage as an admin. When you enable a workspace-level notification, keep in mind that users may still need to opt in under their own Personal settings before they'll start receiving it.
Personal notifications are managed by each user individually. Users can customize these settings themselves.
