What's New

Previously, workflows could only reference static files or internal knowledge bases. This meant research-heavy or regulation-checking workflows were limited by the model’s historical data. Now, you can use web search as a knowledge source within the Workflow Builder.

FAQs

Q: Do I need special access to use Web Search in workflows?

Yes. Web Search must be enabled for your workspace. If you already have access to Web in Assistant, you can use it in Workflow Builder as well.

Q: Can I restrict Web results to specific sites or URLs?

Not yet. The first version supports general web search; the ability to specify particular URLs will come later.

Q: Will Web Search cite its sources?

Yes. Web content appears as citations in the workflow’s output, alongside any Vault or file-based references.
