Assistant Auto-Populates Review Table Instructions and Files

What’s New

When Assistant suggests a review table in your thread, it will now automatically decide whether it should generate table instructions or attach files to columns.

• Table instructions are generated using relevant background from your prompt, such as context about the matter, parties involved, or any additional information on how you want the documents handled.
• When your prompt points to a file for comparison or context, Assistant can automatically attach that file to a review table column as a reference document.

Both are shown to you in the Edit table step, where you can review, edit, or remove them before the table is created.

Why It Matters

Previously, you had to set up table context and attach files to each column manually. Now, when Assistant suggests a table, it carries relevant context from your prompt into the table setup for you. This helps you start with a more complete review table, faster.

How to Use

When Assistant suggests a review table in a thread:

1. Select Edit table on the suggestion to review what Assistant filled in.
2. Adjust the generated table instructions, or the attached column file, before selecting Submit to create the table.

Notes & Limitations

• Files must come from the same source as your review table.
• The ability to attach a file to a column during the review table nudge is limited to vault-created review tables only and restricted to one file per column.
