Workspace admins can now enable sharing for Assistant threads and Vault projects.

Sharing in Assistant and Vault is now available to all workspaces:

Admins can toggle sharing on/off in Settings
Users can share:
- Assistant threads (view-only)
- Vault projects (view or edit access)
