Admins can view detailed usage reports to track workspace activity. These reports can be customized using filters for date range and features, ensuring the data displayed meets your needs. Filters are located in the top-right corner and apply to all data on the page.
Available Reports
Unique Users
Tracks all queries, including deleted ones, during the selected time period.
Groups queries by email to calculate the number of unique users.
Queries Processed
Displays the total number of queries submitted within the chosen time range.
Usage Breakdown by User
Provides a detailed view of the number of queries submitted by each user.
Breaks down activity by product for deeper insights.
Exporting Usage
Note: Not all Harvey workspaces include the ability to export feedback on queries. If available, this feedback will be included in the Usage export.
To export data as an Excel file:
Click the Export Usage button in the top-right corner of the page.
You can select a specific date range before exporting. However, any filters applied on the Usage page itself will not carry over to the export.
