Harvey is built for legal work. It runs on leading AI models and adds your documents, legal sources and repeatable workflows that lawyers can check, with citations back to the source. Unlike a consumer chatbot, Harvey contractually commits not to use your inputs, outputs or uploaded documents to train underlying models.

Harvey is multi-model by design: it breaks a request into sub-tasks, picks a model for each, and combines the results. It uses models from Anthropic, OpenAI and Google, with Mistral also available in the EU, and tests every model on lawyer-designed tasks through BigLaw Bench and its open-source Legal Agent Benchmark before adding it. See What AI models does Harvey use? for the current list.
