Vault UI Updates: Smarter Cards and Sidebar Controls

We’ve updated the Vault interface to improve clarity and usability across both the main Vault page and sidebar:

Updated vault cards:

• Clearly differentiate between Knowledge Bases, shared, and private vaults
• New "unread" badge for shared vaults that haven’t been opened yet
• Retention warning badge for vaults nearing deletion due to retention policies
• Vaults are now sorted by last opened, keeping your most relevant work at the top

Collapsible sidebar:

• Users can now collapse the vaults list in the sidebar
• Especially helpful for smaller screens or users who prefer a cleaner workspace view

These updates aim to streamline navigation and reduce clutter—particularly for power users and high-volume workflows.
