Vault Sharing on iOS

What’s New

Vault sharing is now available in the Harvey iOS app, bringing the web app experience to your iPhone and iPad. You can now:

• Share vaults with other Harvey users without leaving the iOS app
• Grant teammates access and collaborate across matters from your mobile device
• Use the same core sharing capabilities available on the web app, with no feature limitations

Why It Matters

You no longer have to switch to the web app to share a vault with another Harvey user. Vault sharing on iOS lets you share vaults from your iPhone or tablet, so collaboration can continue whether you're between meetings, traveling, or working away from a computer.

How To Use

1. In the iOS app, select Vault from the homepage menu.
2. Choose the vault you want to share.
3. Tap the … (three-dot) menu in the upper-right corner and choose Share.
4. In the Invite field, enter the email addresses of the Harvey users you want to share the vault with.
5. Set each user's access level from the dropdown next to their name:

   1. Can view: Lets users view and copy queries and files.
   2. Can edit: Lets users modify queries and add or remove files.
   3. Full access: Lets users manage the vault, including deletion, renaming, and modifying sharing access.
   4. Remove access: Removes a user’s vault access .
6. To manage content controls, tap the gear icon and toggle any of the following:

   1. Allow downloads: Lets viewers download files.
   2. Allow duplication: Lets viewers duplicate files.
   3. Show review prompts: Lets viewers see review table column prompts.
