What's New

Now you can automatically fill a Word template with data you provide. This feature will let you upload information and have Word populate the corresponding fields in your chosen template.

Why it Matters

Save time and reduce manual errors by automating document population. Instead of copying and pasting data into templates line by line, you can now upload a data file and have Harvey for Word automatically fill in matching fields. This helps ensure consistency across documents, speeds up repetitive tasks like generating contracts or client forms, and lets teams focus on reviewing and finalizing content rather than formatting it.

How to Use

  • From within Word, select Fill a template and choose your template file. Then, you’ll upload the document or data file containing the information you want to insert.
  • Word will detect matching fields in the template and fill them automatically. You’ll be able to review and edit the completed document before saving or sharing.
