Now you can create a review table from knowledge bases or example vaults (sandboxes).

What's New

You can now create review tables from knowledge bases and sandbox vaults, even if you have view-only access.

Why It Matters

Previously, review tables were limited to vaults where you had editing permission.

Now, with review tables available in knowledge bases and sandboxes, you can perform large-scale analysis over these view-only datasets.

How to Use

  1. In Vault, open the knowledge base or sandbox vault you want to analyze.
  2. Click the Create review table button.

Notes and Limitations

  • Once your review table is created, it lives inside your private history, not the originating knowledge base or sandbox vault.
  • You must be within the knowledge base or sandbox to create a review table on its content.

FAQs

Q: How are client matters preserved for the review table when created using a knowledge base?
For review tables created via knowledge base, they will inherit the knowledge base's client matter (if already set). For any review table, you can adjust the client matter from your History tab by clicking on the three dot menu and Edit CM# or Remove CM#.
