You can now query directly over any Vault Review table in Harvey. Whether you're working through a diligence checklist, reviewing a redline summary, or preparing disclosures, this new feature helps you extract more value from the structured data you've already gathered.

Ask Over Review

From any Review table, simply create an Assistant thread and start asking questions. Harvey will use the information already extracted in the table to help you:

  • Summarize key takeaways
  • Identify patterns or missing information
  • Generate useful outputs, like disclosure language, chronologies, or issue lists
  • Draft documents or memos based on what’s already in the table

Here are a few things users are already doing with this feature:

  • Drafting chronologies or fact modules based on key events
  • Identifying contracts with change-of-control clauses for disclosure schedules
  • Extracting most-favored nation provisions for diligence memos
  • Summarizing or transforming extracted data into client-facing summaries
  • Reviewing contract portfolios to flag terms that require additional approvals

You’ve already done the work of structuring data with Review—now Harvey helps you use it. No need to start over or switch tools. It’s a faster way to go from extracted facts to final output.
