What's New

Harvey Guide is now live — giving you instant, in-product answers about how to use Harvey, powered directly by official Support Hub documentation.

Instead of searching through articles or navigating the Help Center, you can now ask Harvey questions about features, best practices, troubleshooting, and workflow guidance. Responses include clear citations and direct links back to the relevant Help Center pages so you can explore details as needed.

Why it Matters

Finding the right information in a help article can take time and be overwhelming. Harvey Guide brings the Help Center directly into the chat experience, making it faster and easier to learn how to use Harvey to meet your goals without switching contexts.

Notes and Limitations

  • Harvey Guide does not have access to the Help Center Roadmap page.
  • It cannot detect which paid add-ons or permissions your workspace has enabled (e.g., LexisNexis®, Vault, iManage), therefore it may reference features not yet available to you.
  • Admins cannot disable Harvey Guide themselves yet. To do so, please submit a request to your Customer Success Manager.
