Easier Vault Uploads and New “Save to Vault” Option in Assistant

We’ve introduced two updates to simplify how users move and manage documents between Assistant and Vault:

File Upload Log in Vault

• When uploading files to Vault, users now see a notification log showing the real-time status of each upload
• Failed uploads now include clear reasons and improved error messages
• Solves one of the most common user pain points: unclear or inconsistent upload feedback

“Save to Vault” Button in Assistant

• Users can now save source documents from an Assistant thread directly into a new or existing Vault project
• This action now lives alongside the download button and is much more visible
• Makes it easier to store, reanalyze, or transition documents into Vault Reviews or Knowledge Bases

  • Example: Search a knowledge base in Assistant, find key precedents, and instantly spin up a Vault project for deeper review or drafting
