Display Formats in Vault Review Tables

Vault Review tables now support custom display formatting for better readability and localization. Users can choose how certain data types are displayed in their columns:

• Date columns: Choose from multiple date formats (e.g., MM/DD/YYYY, DD/MM/YYYY, Jan 4, 2000)
• Currency columns: Toggle between symbol (e.g., $5) and text (e.g., 5 USD)
• Number columns: Select how many decimal places to show (between 0 and 4)

Changes apply to all cells in the column, including previously edited ones.

This gives users more control over how data is presented, especially when preparing outputs for client delivery or downstream work.
