Assign, Flag, and Filter in Vault Review Tables
Assign rows, flag cells, and track review progress—making it easier to collaborate and manage large review projects directly in Harvey.
We’ve introduced new collaboration tools in Vault Review to support multi-user workflows and help teams stay organized during document review.
Assign Rows: Assign specific rows to teammates for review, enabling clear division of work across the team
Flag cells with a red marker to indicate that they need further review, clarification, or escalation. Flags are visible to all users for easy coordination
New Filters: Quickly surface content with 3 new filters: Assigned / Unassigned, Flagged / Unflagged, Verified / Unverified
Status Slideout Panel: Each Review table now includes a status panel that summarizes: Total verified cells, Assigned rows, Flags, Review progress at a glance
These updates bring lightweight project management directly into Harvey—so teams can divide, track, and complete reviews more efficiently together.
