Add Files to Review Table Columns from Anywhere
You can now attach or edit a column's reference file the moment you create it, whether Assistant is suggesting a review table, you're generating columns with the Column Builder, or you're building a review table step in a workflow.
What's New
Attaching a file as column context for a review table now works wherever you create or edit a column, beyond just the review table itself. You can attach a file:
- When Assistant suggests a review table in a thread: Add or edit a column's attached file before the table is created.
- In the Column Builder: Once you submit a prompt and generate columns, you can attach a file to any generated columns before they're added to the table.
- In the review table step of Workflow Builder: Add or edit a column's attached file while building out a reusable version of a review table.
Why It Matters
Previously, attaching a reference file meant explicitly adding a column first in your review table, then editing it separately to attach the file. Now you can set the reference file at the point you're already creating the column, no matter where that column is being created. This cuts out a step and keeps the file attached to the right column from the start.
Notes & Limitations
- Files must come from the same source as your review table.
- This feature is limited to vault-created review tables only and is restricted to one file per column.
